Turmeric (Kunyit/Kunir in Indonesian) (Curcuma longa Linn. syn. Curcuma domestica Val.), is one of the herbs and traditional medicines originally from the southeast. There are several characteristics of Turmeric, such as; having yellow flesh, and the color of its leaves is mustard. Moreover, those leaves are generally wide.
